PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, REWARD DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN WARUNG BE SANUR DENPASAR
Abstrak
This research was conducted to examine the influence of leadership, reward and motivation on the work productivity of the employees of Warung Be Sanur Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 49 people. Data was collected through interviews with Warung Be Sanur and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that leadership, reward and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of Warung Be Sanur Denpasar. This study also provides an understanding that leadership, rewards and motivation can increase employee work productivity, by increasing leadership, rewards and motivation, employee work productivity will increase.
