Abstrak

The spirit of work is the attitude of individuals and groups towards the entire environment in accordance with the interests of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation on the employee morale of Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. This research was conducted at Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. The number of samples taken was 68 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation had a significant effect on morale. This means that the better transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation applied by the company, the higher the employee morale.
