PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PROPERTY, REAL ESTATE DAN KONTRUKSI BANGUNAN DI BEI

Abstrak

Firm value is the investor's perception of the performance net of a company. The high
value of the company can be assessed through the stability and price increase of the
shares in the long term. High stock prices can increase the value of the company and can
increase investor confidence in the performance and prospects of the company in the
future. Companies have value that can be increased through decisions such as
investments, and dividend policies. Researchers who conducted this research with the aim
of being able to prove whether investment decisions, as well as policy considerations can
affect the value of a company engaged in the sector, namely property, real estate and also
the construction of a building for the 2017-2019 range, for the number of companies is 23
that use census sampling technique. Multiple linear analysis is a data analysis technique
in research. After conducting the research, the results obtained are: (1) investment
decisions there is an influence on the value of a company, (2) decisions that have no
effect on the value of a company, (3) dividend policy there is no effect on the value of a
company.
