Abstrak

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an obligation that is not part of a task that has been formally made for employees, but also supports effective organizational functions. The purpose of this study was to study transformational leadership and job satisfaction with employee citizenship behavior at Wisata Beach Inn. This research was conducted at Wisata Beach Inn Legian - Kuta. The population in this study were all employees at Wisata Beach Inn Legian - Kuta. The number of samples taken was 40 samples using the saturated sampling method. The method of data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction is positively positive and significant towards organizational citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership and positive job satisfaction behavior and significant towards citizenship behavior.
