Abstrak

Organizational climate and high job satisfaction can increase employee organizational commitment which greatly affects the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator for employees of The Sankara Resort And Spa Ubud. The study population are 62 people using the saturated sample method. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results show organizational climate a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction, and job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment.
