PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN WORK FAMILY CONFLICT TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PEGAWAI PADA LPD KEROBOKAN
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to study work stress and family conflict with organizational commitment in the LPD of the Kerobokan Adat Village. The population in this study were employees of the Kerobokan Indigenous Village LPD who received 58 employees. The technique to determine the sample used is saturated sampling, that is, all employees working in the LPD of the Desa Adat Kerobokan - Badung that collect 58 people, consisting of 29 male employees and 29 female employees are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed work stress and family conflict This shows that the higher the level of work stress received by employees and the higher family work conflict experienced by employees, the commitment of employee organizations in the LPD of Kerobokan Indigenous Villages will increase.
