Abstrak

This research paper examines the influence of role stress and burnout on professional commitment of employees in PT. Buana Inti Permai Denpasar engaged in the sale of lubricants oil PT partner. Pertamina. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of role stress on professional commitment of employees and to analyze the influence of burnout to professional commitment of employees. The sample size was 50 respondents using census method and multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of the analysis shows that role stress has a significant negative effect on professional commitment of PT. Buana Inti Permai Denpasar. Burnout has a significant negative effect on professional commitment of employees of PT. Buana Inti Permai Denpasar. The management must pay attention to the level of role stress experienced by the employees and overcome the burnout attitude on the employees.
