PENGARUH KEADILAN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KEINGINAN KELUAR KARYAWAN KONTRAKTUAL PADA PT INDOMARCO PRISMATAMA BADUNG BALI
Abstrak
Turnover Intension can be defined as how long someone employees want to live and work in a organization. Organizations need to pay attention to factors affecting the desire came out, so that employees stay and welcome in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction and turnover intension of contractual employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Badung – Bali. This Research was conducted on employees PT. Indomarco Prismatama Badung – Bali. Samples taken as many as 92 respondents. The Samples in this study using proportional random sampling technique. Data collected by questionnaires by using a 5 point likert scale to measure the 27 items of questions. The analysis technique used Path analysis. The Analysis showed that organizational justice negative and significant effect on turnover intension. Organizational justice positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction negative and significant effect on turnover intension. The study also proved that job satisfaction mediates the effect on organizational justice on turnover intension of employees at PT. Indomarco Prismatama – Badung Bali. The company must always consider the level of organizational justice and the level of job satisfaction perceived by employees. This is so that employees feel there is no better place than the workplace at this time.
