PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTERNAL DAN MOTIVASI EKSTERNAL TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA JURUSAN AKUNTANSI NON REGULER
Abstrak
The number of unemployed in Indonesia is increasing every day. Unemployment is one of the problems that until now can not be overcome by the national level government in general and the regional level in particular. The phenomenon of unemployment occurring today is intellectual unemployment (educated). The consequence of many good unemployed in various majors reflects that getting a bachelor's degree does not guarantee a person will get the desired job, so entrepreneurship becomes a solution to overcome unemployment.This research was conducted to find out the influence of internal motivation consisting of income expectation and tolerance on risk, and external motivation consisting of family environment, readiness of instrumentation, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship interest of FEB Udayana non regular accounting students. The population in this study are students of non-regular accounting department FEB Udayana. Method Determination of the sample in this study using a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study are students of non-regular accounting FEB Udayana force of 2013 which amounted to 170 people. Data collection method used is by questionnaire method in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis result, it is found that internal motivation which includes income expectation, and tolerance on risk, and external motivation covering family environment, readiness of instrumentation, and entrepreneurship education have a positive effect on entrepreneurship interest of student of non-regular accounting department.
