Abstrak
The aim of this study was determined the effect of rice hull without and with fermented which supplemented with betel leaf (Piper betle L.) in the ration on slaughtering weight, non-external carcass and abdominal fat of female bali duck age 24 weeks. Variables observed were slaughtering weight, external non-carcass and abdominal fat. The results showed that giving ration contained of 12.5% fermented rice hull and supplemented with 1% betel leaf was significantly different on slaughtering weight, non-carcass, and abdominal fat. It was concluded that giving of fermented rice hull and supplemented with betel leaf in ration of bali duck could increase slaughtering weight and external non carcass but decreased abdominal fat.
