Abstrak

Sidi Cooperative is a cooperative in the village of Sanur which oversees 14 Autonomous Business Unit (UUO). In the last 5 years performance fluctuate due to the potential emergence of new competitors, it is necessary for a marketing audit. The purpose of community service is to provide training on marketing audit to the management and staff of Cooperative Sidi anticipate environmental changes and competition. Implementation of this activity using the method of lecturing and mentoring. A lecture on marketing audit was given to 20 leaders and staff of Cooperative Sidi. Furthermore, the assistance to the participants to practice on the implementation of cooperative marketing audit. Training and assistance on marketing audit in Cooperative Sidi been running smoothly so as to improve the understanding of managers and staff of Cooperative Sidi about marketing audit. The results of the training is expected to result in the determination of policies to evaluate the performance of marketing in Sidi Cooperative Sanur. Outcomes of this devotion in the form of 1) model, 2) article published in a national journal ISSN that Udayana Mengabdi and 3) a paper presented at the national conference.
