PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN DENGAN PERMAINAN EDUKATIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN SISWA SD 2 SIDAN GIANYAR TENTANG PEMBERANTASAN SARANG NYAMUK DALAM RANGKA PENGENDALIAN PENYAKIT DEMAM BERDARAH

Abstrak

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus by the Aedes aegypti mosquito as the main vector. In 2015, the highest number of dengue cases in the province of Bali were reported in Gianyar regency. In the early 2016's Gianyar regency is one of the districts which oubreaks for dengue from 9 districts and two city experiencing outbreaks in Indonesia. One vector control efforts is the mosquito nest eradication. The purpose of this activity is to improve students' health knowledge SD 2 Sidan, Gianyar on Eradication of mosquito breeding in efforts to control dengue fever. The method is done through educational games that is the game of snakes ladders, which in this game inserted information about dengue fever and mosquito eradication. Students who are involved in this activity are students grades 4-6 SD 2 Sidan Gianyar, Total students were 62 students. Male students as many as 37 students while the female students as many as 25 students. All students are given a pre-test prior to implementation and post-test after the implementation of the activities. The result there is an increase in students' knowledge of dengue fever and mosquito eradication.
