ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN TERBUKA DI INDONESIA

Abstrak

Indonesia is one of the developing countries that is active in economic development in order to increase the country's progress. Various economic development strategies carried out by the government are oriented towards increasing economic growth and equitable economic equality, but in reality there is still a discrepancy between expectations and reality on the ground. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment, economic openness and the quality of human resources on open unemployment, economic growth and open unemployment through economic growth in Indonesia. The research location that examines the open unemployment rate is in Indonesia. This research method uses secondary data with a quantitative approach in the form of associative. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study show that investment, economic openness and the quality of human resources directly negatively affect economic growth in Indonesia. The quality of human resources directly has a significant positive effect on the open unemployment rate in Indonesia. Economic growth is unable to mediate the effect of investment, economic openness and human resource quality on the open unemployment rate in Indonesia.
