ANALISIS DAMPAK PROGRAM JAMKRIDA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN DAN PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA UMKM DI KABUPATEN TABANAN PROVINSI BALI

Abstrak

The purposes of this study are 1) To analyze the difference in income from MSMEs before and after getting the Jamkrida Program in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. 2) To analyze the difference in the absorption of labor from MSMEs before and after getting the Jamkrida Program in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. This research is quantitative where measurements are carried out using quantitative data. The data that has been obtained were analyzed using a different test analysis using the difference in difference (DiD) method with t-test analysis with the STATA 15 application. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. To obtain primary data, a structured interview method was used using questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Respondents from this study were MSMEs who participated in the Jamkrida program in Tabanan Regency, with a population in 2019 of 926 MSMEs. The sample are 91 SMEs. The results of this study are there are differences in income and employment of MSMEs before and after getting the Jamkrida Program in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province, which means that by accepting the MSME Jamkrida Program in Tabanan Regency, you can increase income and add to the workforce.
