PENGARUH PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA, LIKUIDITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN
Abstrak
Profitability is the company's ability to generate profits and also provides a measure of the level of management effectiveness of a company. Companies can maximize their profits by knowing what factors affect profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity, and firm size on the profitability of food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling method, so the number of samples studied is 15 companies. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that working capital turnover and firm size had a significant positive effect on profitability, and liquidity had a significant negative effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.
