DETERMINAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI BALI
Abstrak
The disparity in development between regions in the Province of Bali indicates that there are still disparities in regional original income (PAD) in the regencies/cities of the Province of Bali. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the number of tourist visits, investment, and population, both simultaneously and partially, on the regional revenue (PAD) of districts/cities in Bali Province. The research data is of secondary type with a total of 108 research observations over a period of 12 years and involving 9 regencies/cities in Bali Province using non-participant observation techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and panel data regression analysis. The panel data regression test results show that the most appropriate selected model is the fixed effect model (FEM). The results of the study found that the number of tourist visits, investment, and population have a simultaneous effect on district/city original regional income (PAD) in the Province of Bali. Partially the variables of the number of tourist visits and population have a positive and significant effect, while investment has a positive and insignificant effect on the district/city regional income (PAD) of the Province of Bali. The local government is expected to continue to explore the existing potential and improve programs through tourism promotion and improve maintenance of better facilities at each district/city tourist attraction in the Province of Bali.
