Abstrak

This study aims to determine the Influence of Accounting Information System Quality, Information Technology Sophistication And Individual Performance On The Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems Hotel Three Star In Denpasar. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis found the quality of accounting information systems have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, information technology sophistication has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems and individual performance have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. Number of samples used 40 responeden, with non probability sampling purposive method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that (1) the quality of accounting information system has a positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information system which shows that the higher the quality of accounting information system will increasingly affect the effectiveness of accounting information system of three-star hotel in Denpasar, (2) the sophistication of information technology has positive effect On the effectiveness of accounting information systems that indicate that the better the sophistication of accounting information system will increasingly affect the effectiveness of accounting information systems three-star hotel in Denpasar, (3) individual performance has a positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information system which shows that the better the system then improve performance and Affect the effectiveness of information system information system effectiveness.
