Abstrak

This research discusses the implementation of Case-Based and Backward Chaining Reasoning methods in diagnosing Thalassemia Beta. The aim is to increase diagnostic accuracy by using a database of symptoms and cases that have been validated by experts. The system developed aims to help patients and doctors recognize the symptoms of Thalassemia Beta and provide appropriate treatment solutions. The research results show that the method used is capable of producing accurate and efficient diagnoses. This method can also increase the reliability of the diagnosis process by providing appropriate treatment solutions based on existing symptom data. Thus, it is hoped that this system can contribute to improving the quality of care for Thalassemia Beta sufferers.
